My 7 pillars of improving my own mental resilience are 1) Prioritising myself - Obviously my family are my everything, but if I don't look after myself first then I wont be the best I can be for them. 2) Sleep - Learning how quality over quantity is key. 3) Walking - Being active whilst switching off. 4) Personal finance - Being intentional and having a firm grip on this area. 5) Cutting out the bullshit - Negative people, the news, pointless meetings...no thanks! 6) Exercise and nutrition - Obvious but so often over looked when we are being run ragged. 7) Being around the right people - Focus on time with people that want to improve as well, not hold me back.
