Equity-centered HIV care is critical -- new research led by @katherinemrich demonstrates the effect that improving the HIV care continuum could have in the US to reduce racial inequities. It was a such a pleasure to work with Dr. Rich and @aimaMDMPH on developing this analysis.

@TaisonBell Flexibility allows for my work/family balance -- I would much rather have expectations that messages can go unread/unanswered overnight/weekends than be told when I can write/receive emails. Delay send with 50 emails arriving in my inbox at 8am is not helping me.

Good points. Defining what "normal" hours is difficult for folks who work nights. But trying to give flexibility to Divisions to define what that means.
