Today @cygnethealth Beckton we wore it pink for #BreastCancerNow!&our Recovery College workshop this week focused on raising awareness of Breast Cancer&importance of checking in with our physical health for our Mental health with our amazing Physical Health Nurse @Jenniferbeal25

Last week for #WorldMentalHealthDay @cygnethealth Beckton ran a fab Recovery College workshop with psychology for focusing on Supporting Resilience! Our asst psychologist Molly provided loads of materials that are easily accessible to support our Mental Health! @Jenniferbeal25

Last week staff&su's focused our thoughts on #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek &the topic of loneliness resulting in us creating this fab display!2 pieces of the jigsaw coming together to promote connectedness&examples of postcodes to send to those who may need it! @cygnethealth
