Today it was Announced that Aviktas located down at @Pleasure_Beach will officially be opening on 21st May 2026 !!! Who else is looking forward to Getting to ride this 138ft Intamin Gyro Swing🐍🐍🐍

Pleasure Beach continues to invest in new rides whilst reimagining the old ones, with small changes to Wallace and Ghost Train for 2026 and prices slashed to £28 on various weekdays, whilst increasing late night events to 24 dates. Well done @MandsThompson @AndyHygate and team

Good evening from Alton Towers on the second day of the 2026 season! The park is very quiet today with low queues across most rides 🎢 The Smiler is on 10 minutes tonight and the park is open until 8pm! #altontowers

Another Fun Filled Day today at @Pleasure_Beach managed to do a few more rides that i never did last week i also went and booked enzo again it was absolutely amazing i got a proper good go on it the part that wasnt so amazing though was waiting about an hour to go on

Goodmorning down here at @Pleasure_Beach just had my first ride of the day on Icon and now in the que for enzo!!!

Today’s the day @altontowers opens its doors for the 2026 theme park season, with Alton After Dark happening through March too. I won’t be there today, but I hope everyone who’s going has the most amazing day ever. I’ll be there next week, and I honestly can’t wait! 🎢✨

There has been a change to the parks opening hours this season, with the main entrance and Galactica gate (for hotel guests and Platinum pass holders) as well as the Monorail now opening at 9:30am instead of 9am. Rides continue to open from 10am.

Tomorrow is the first day of the 2026 season at Alton Towers and we can’t wait 🙌 Will you be visiting over the weekend? 🎢 #altontowers
