@EmilyZekonis literally- i’ve had experiences where people are upset that i didn’t have an answer to their issue straight away…but it’s because we have to go to the brand’s management to ask how to handle things. we don’t always have all the answers!!

This a reminder that not all social media managers are trained customer service representatives, both careers take a specific set of skills. SO please be nice when DMing brand accounts if they direct you somewhere for assistance.
