But for those of us who can’t, taking your kids to the beach for a paddle, or swim in a river is now a luxury we’ve had taken away. It may not sound like much to you but for us it was everything. So knowing water companies would rather pay their shareholders than look after the infrastructure, why should WE be bailing them out? We should renationalise… who’s gonna look after it better, a company who chose to neglect the system and pay shareholders or us as country owning it again?

OMG, going round in bloody circles trying to get an online account with @SF_England so I can be a parental support for my daughter. Phone line has a 1( min wait and none of the options are right. Then they cut you off.

@SF_England Thanks. You really make this way harder than necessary. That form is one of the least user friendly I've ever encountered. All I wanted to do was get a log in for the online account, not faff about with downloaded PDFs which make virtually no sense.
