RE: WITCH-HUNT a/k/a CW vs. Karen Read For me to be unable to sleep at 6:00 a.m., it is because I am OUTRAGED by what is being ALLOWED BY AN UNETHICAL, HIGHLY BIASED JUDGE!!! This high-paid, extra special prosecutor, Hank Brennan, is finally getting comfortable in his role on the other side of the fence and is pleasantly surprised by how much easier it is when you have an unethical judge pulling in your favor—rather than being stuck in his normal, mundane career as an unskilled defense attorney. I’d also like to remind everyone what a slap in the face this is to the numerous attorneys on staff with the CW who are not paid nearly as much as Mr. Brennan. When will the madness stop? The judge allowing all of Mr. Brennan’s “jabs” six weeks before trial can only make one wonder—HOW FAR will Bias Bev really go to allow this shit show to continue? Does she have ANY idea how many legally minded eyes are watching closely, no matter how much she clearly agrees to hide or “look the other way”? This became increasingly evident over her “role” and over the top theatrics on national television for the WORLD to see in aiding the CW latest efforts to deny ARCCA.

Since many have asked for context and the full recording, this clip is Erica Walsh @ericagurl147, frequent attendee of Turtleboy hearings, recording a court hearing at Boston Municipal Court (West Roxbury) on September 5, 2024, during a restraining order renewal hearing involving Kate Peter and Lauren Murray. Courtrooms prohibit unauthorized recording, yet she recorded it and then sent the footage to both me and Aidan. Why? You can draw your own conclusions. And she’s not the only one who records from her pocket. More on that soon.
