@Catus14 @RGSOldNovos @RGSNewcastle @My_Metro Agree. I was 63-73 and never saw that edifice next to the caretakers house. I'd guess about 1960. Cars are difficult to ID but look late 50s onwards. Split screen Landie could be 50s.
