@cardiffdanuk Hi Dan, We do email anyone who's subscription is going to expire, maybe it went to spam, sorry it did not reach your inbox. Outdooractive's Pro and Pro+ subscriptions do both include OS GB maps at 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 scales. Select the Topo map layer, zoom in.

@viewranger I didn’t receive an email about the subscription cancellations so I went out hiking today only to see I had no OS maps available. I’ve tried to transition to Outdooractive but they don’t have OS maps available as part of the subscription, it is all such a shame.

@herdyshepherd1 Golden Hare books, Stockbridge, Edinburgh. All books have been read and recommended by the staff. Not too big to overwhelm.

Closing date for these posts 1/3/20. Brilliant opportunities for doctors wishing to explore geriatric medicine before applying for specialty training. Friendy teaching hosp with huge potential to learn QI, med ed, research in addition to gaining great clinical experience.

Tweet here from my colleague @EmmaReynish These are in our local teaching hospital & they give tremendous flexibility for Drs who want to pause before starting specialty training. Those who do them gain lots of new skills in Quality Improvement & teaching, amongst other things.

Maybe we should talk about “cognitive spectrum disorder” rather than badging things too quickly as delirium or dementia. @EmmaReynish challenges us to think differently & to consider potential interventions. #bgsconf

Dementia friendly ward. We have a new single rooms hospital. Why do we still use alarms that beep incessantly drive the patient to distraction and are unnoticed by staff in the quiet corridor outside? #rcpeStAs18
