Despite being an avid reader, I’ve never owned an e-reader. @EmmaSmillie despairs every year when I say I don’t want/need anything for my birthday. But for the 1st time, on the 13th birthday since we got together, I actually asked for something & now I own a gorgeous pink Kindle!

The best coffee @UofGlasgow when I studied was 30p from the machine in the Adam Smith library. I think the Americano from the Gilchrist might have overtaken it. @UofGEstates someone tell the barista serving this morning she absolutely rescued my day!

True love is waking up at 6am to help your wife put on her heavy duty sports bra (some strong German engineering) for her gym class when you don’t need to be up until 8am, and didn’t get to sleep until 3am.
I will accept all forms of praise and gratitude for my selflessness 😂

Not one normally for personal posts. The best day of my life is the exception. 1 week ago, I married my soul mate, some may say lobster 🦞 (IYKYK) We had the most incredible beautiful day, surrounded by friends and family. Months of organising and worth every second. ❤️@AldoH35

I got a free pair of Samsung buds with my phone and have never had any noise cancelling headphones before this. I'm not kidding I wore them at work today with no music and it was the most productive day I've had in weeks. Silence is truly golden.
