“Is this how our story is due to end? A tale of the smartest species doomed by that all too human characteristic of failing to see the bigger picture in pursuit of short-term goals?” David Attenborough urging leaders to get long-term at #COP26 theguardian.com/environment/20…

An Offer: Free Coaching for anyone attending #COP26 who identifies as coming from a marginalised or underrepresented group. We want to support those attending to feel as seen, heard and supported as they possibly can be during this critical moment. drive.google.com/file/d/1DW_UgS…

Have you ever come across an example of an impact report that was genuinely inspiring and told a powerful story? (My fave is @EnrolYourself's Huddlecraft. Any other e.g's would love to know!)

Three Good Things I've watched lately: 1. Master of None - Series 3 2. Feel Good 3. Shrill All feature female / non-binary-led writing and stories that centre queer love. All rich with humour and humanity. All characters I loved spending time with. Have you watched them?

Something to do while it’s hailing outside (in mid-freaking-May.) Watch The People versus Climate Change on @BBCiPlayer. It asks the British public what we’d changes want to put in place, to get to #NetZero. Even in these wild times, it may just restore some hope.

A lovely thing happens once a week. The moment I discover the new episode of This is Us has arrived by hearing the theme music through my wall. It’s like a kind of morse code with my neighbour. ‘Are you watching? Me too!’ We barely know each other, but it feels like connection.

For now all I have is deep sorrow for her family and friends in what must be unimaginable grief. And love to any woman reading this who feels shaken. Go gently, you are not alone. 💙

I don’t know a woman who hasn’t found this week heavy and harrowing. I’ve tried to find words. To express something meaningful in light of Sarah Everard, who was in my year at university and was walking home 5 minutes from where I lived for 10 years. But I just can’t. I’m sorry.

@StuartEdwards As well as all the practical things, you can listen and offer empathy. Ask the women you know ‘what’s it like to be you?’ Take the time to understand how it feels and recognise those experiences. And thank you for asking this question.

I live less than five minutes from where Sarah Everard went missing. Everyone is on high alert. Aside from giving as much space as possible on quieter streets and keeping face visible, is there anything else men can reasonably do to reduce the anxiety/spook factor?

I've added Wuthering Heights to this video of a panda sliding around in the snow so I can watch it every morning when I wake up and have an instant morale boost.
