Our companions and staff members headed to Brighton today for a well-earned trip to the seaside! We'd like to say a huge thank you to @TLRailUK for helping transform the week for our companions and staff by providing us with complimentary rail travel to the popular Sussex resort.

A huge thank you to a team of volunteers from @CanonUKandIE who visited on Wednesday & helped with a variety of jobs in our community. The amazing team, who are based in Uxbridge, helped enormously by cleaning our many windows & getting some of our rooms ready for new companions

There's always amazing work going on in our workshop as our companions weave their magic on donated furniture, transforming them into stand-out pieces for the home. This week our companion Paul has been rejuvenating this plain two-drawer unit into a stylish piece of furniture.

On #transformationtuesday just look at the amazing job our companion Adie has done in bringing these two tired armchairs back to life! Both armchairs were separate commissions and saw Adie using her incredible upholstery skills with this stunning material. Well done Adie! 👏👏

There's nothing like a delicious bowl of soup to warm the soul on a rainy autumn day - and this is exactly what our companions Rob & Frank made today! With the help of our gardening volunteer, Kate, Frank and Rob transformed the veggies grown in our garden into a delicious soup.

A huge thank you to our amazing supporter, Miki Davies, who took the plunge on Saturday & skydived from 13,000ft in memory of her son Tom, who was supported by our charity. The brave great-grandmother took the plunge at Beccles Airfield in Suffolk on both her & Tom's birthday 💚
