Troy Jackson's supporters have won at least 113 of the 124 slots awarded so far today.
Cumberland County's 149 delegates are being voted on right now, but there's not much reason to believe the Democratic nominee will be anyone other than Jackson.

Jackson wins 7 of 15 delegates in Lincoln. One of the higher income counties in the state (Boothbay, Damariscotta) and w/ a Dem electorate skewing older and more college-educated. Shah will need to lead big in Cumberland, Androscoggin, and York to have even an outside chance
