Folks, since my reach has been throttled, please help me get this amplified so that the press can finally start asking the right questions. It's 4 pm on the 7th day of this outage and we've got at least 30 trucks (including 20+ linemen bucket trucks) in a church parking lot, just sitting and waiting to be assigned to an outage. They've been there ALL DAY. NES: What is the point of pulling all these linemen away from their families if you're processes are so deeply broken that you can't even figure out where to deploy them? This is just one of multiple rows of linemen sitting and waiting for NES to tell them where to go:

Only read this if you're ready for your head to explode. At 1 pm they posted restoration time estimates by zip code on the home page. For example, Green Hills restored by FEBRUARY 8??? Too many Feb 8s on here my friends.

Issue appears to be that it's browser sensitive. Do not try to access from Firefox or Brave. Use Safari or Chrome only. Recall this ONLY tells you if a crew is working on your outage or not. We are still waiting for feature that will tell us time estimate for restoration.

But Ive tried it multiple times and I error out every time. Precisely what I've come to expect from No Experience or Services.

NASHVILLE: The "My Outage Tracker" feature is on the NES site now but of course it doesn't work.
