“Palestine doesn’t exist” is a strong pro genocide stance. He’s Jewish and has been well educated in the history of Israel, therefore it’s sad to see he has no morals. The people can decide if they like him for themselves. Personally, I wouldn’t like anybody who is for what Israel is doing inside an open air prison they made for the indigenous people; they are not allowed to leave and forced to live in the horrid conditions created by Israel.

This sounds close to my position on Israel (i.e., I'm happy for it to exist, wish for peace and security for its people, but I disagree with its policies and I don't want the United States to have anything to do with it), and yet it also remains crazy to me that "anti-Zionist" has basically been transmogrified into an unsubtly coded way to say "anti-Jewish" at this point...

I believe Graham Platner’s version of events when it comes to his tattoo. I believe he didn’t know what it was when he got it. If he were a Nazi, there would be at least some evidence of that from when he was posting controversial things on the internet. The evidence shows quite the opposite. He is not a Nazi and has actually spoken out against Nazism and antisemitism. The media won’t report on that part of his history because it doesn’t fit the narrative they are trying to paint of him.

I don't think Graham Platner actually "is a Nazi" - i.e., someone who supports the goals of the German NSDAP political party.
I think he is a former alcoholic mercenary, who got one of the most famous Nazi symbols as a tattoo to show he is a "killer," and is currently struggling with giant infidelity and woman-abuse scandals.
Watching lib-fem type friends passionately support him is thus, still, very funny.
