I've been in the High Courts as a named Defendant against the @INEOS 'fracking for plastics' monster and their draconian injunction against Persons Unknown. In 2017 Justice Morgan upheld the Injunction. The Court of Appeal granted us an Appeal Hearing which is soon next week.
