Sadly, unlike many other travel companies, Thomas Cook haven't signed up for our comprehensive travel training for head office through to sales. Sounds like they need it most though!

@AndSmelly @ThomasCookUK @AndSmelly without all the facts it is hard to advise but it certainly seems pretty miserly of @ThomasCookUK to charge a disabled child £70 for transfers. @ThomasCookCares come on, your customers deserve better!

A photograph to advertise holidays... says it all! But not if you're blind, visually impaired, or are having problems with your internet. Adding alternative text means that not only can screen readers 'read' the image, but its great for SEO too as they are searchable!
