Hey, @Enbridge. Your online scheduling tool for setting up a meter check time wasted 10 minutes of my life in its nonfunctional searching-for-times loop. Then the phone AI wasted another 5 minutes of my life with its menus. A live person could have helped me in 2 minutes. Ugh.

@Enbridge System rejecting user name, password & account number. Tried to pay by phone but a fee would have been charged, why would I pay a fee if your system wasn't working? 🤬After about an hour of numerous tries, my account pulled & I was able to pay. This is the second such experience.
