We are launching Endure: a decentralized risk intelligence network on Bittensor $TAO, SN30. Risk should not depend on static reports, closed committees, or reputation alone. Endure turns risk intelligence into a competitive, continuously scored network. Forge, the first native lending market for $TAO, launches soon.

Every piece of risk intelligence Endure produces starts with a round. Each round, validators query miners for risk assessments. Miners submit using commit/reveal, and validators verify submissions against schemas and aggregate valid ones into a signed output. Consumers fetch the signed artifact, verify the signature, and apply the parameters to their own policy. Scoring against realized outcomes happens later, as market data becomes available. Accurate submissions gain weight, and inaccurate ones lose it. If too few miners submitted or every submission was rejected, the round produces no output. A missing value is honest. A low-quality consensus dressed up as real is not. One round. Continuous risk intelligence. $TAO SN30.

Bittensor’s new emission curve makes healthy alpha pools and lower selling pressure more important than ever. That is where @ForgeLending comes in. Our first customer is already in audit and preparing to launch the native lending platform for Bittensor, allowing alpha holders, including subnet owners, to access liquidity without selling their alpha. As Forge goes live, its revenue assignment will create a revenue stream for Endure. Forge has committed more than 50% of its own revenue to SN30 alpha buybacks. Our first institutional customer is next: a multibillion-dollar company. Endure is well positioned to benefit from this shift.

The problem with closed committees and static reports is not that they could be wrong. It is that nobody tracks whether they were right. When a parameter fails under stress, there is no performance record, no consequence, no correction mechanism. Endure is being built as that correction mechanism: competitive, continuously scored, and accountable to what actually happens. $TAO SN30.
Forge@ForgeLending

Every number you see in a money market is a decision someone made. The LTV, the liquidation threshold, the interest rate curve, the supply cap... Each one reflects a judgment about how much risk the market can absorb and under what conditions. Get those judgments right and the market stays solvent through volatility. Get them wrong and a single bad price move can cascade into insolvency. Most money markets rely on closed committees or static reports to make those calls. There's no competition, no scoring, no accountability for whether the judgment was actually right. @EndureNet is being built to provide decentralized, outcome-scored risk intelligence that learns from real market behavior. On Forge, parameters will start with the Guardian Multisig, a committee responsible for configuring risk settings, emergency actions, and protocol operations as an initial safety layer. Once @EndureNet is live, its risk intelligence will be gradually integrated into those decisions.

Audits check if the code is safe. They do not check if the risk assumptions behind it are right. That gap is what Endure is being built to fill. $TAO SN30.

Two common aggregation methods create different risks. A simple average is vulnerable to outliers: one extreme submission can distort the result. A simple median is more robust, but it does not account for age. In fast-moving markets, stale consensus is another risk. Endure’s initial aggregation design uses an EMA-weighted median. The median reduces the influence of isolated outliers. EMA weighting prioritizes recent information, while outcome-based scoring ensures demonstrated performance matters. Each signed output preserves enough provenance to reconstruct the contributing submissions and aggregation process. Robust to outliers. Responsive to change. Auditable by design. That is the standard risk infrastructure should meet. $TAO SN30

Today, risk intelligence is largely opaque and self-assessed. Teams publish metrics and communities form opinions. Decisions are made on sentiment and reputation, and nobody scores the assessment against what actually happens next. Endure will change the structure. Miners will submit risk recommendations for specific targets, and validators will score them against realized market behavior: price movements, liquidity changes, volatility events. Accurate models will gain influence and inaccurate ones will lose weight. The output will be a continuously scored, independent risk signal feeding directly into products. Not sentiment, not reputation. Scored intelligence. $TAO SN30.

On Endure, validators will score miners across four dimensions. Each one closes a gap the others leave open. Predictive accuracy: when the market settles, how close were the miner's values to what actually happened? Missing in the direction that causes losses will be penalized more heavily than missing in the direction that wastes capacity. This is deliberate. Calibration: when the miner claims 90% confidence, do outcomes land inside their interval 90% of the time? A miner cannot game accuracy by widening intervals to swallow every outcome. Calibration will catch it. Coverage: how much of the whitelisted target space is the miner actually assessing? Concentrating on the easiest targets leaves the rest with thin consensus. The network will reward breadth because consumers need parameters across the entire whitelist. Timeliness: how quickly does the miner adapt when conditions change? A miner whose values lag a week behind a regime shift will score lower than one who responds within one or two tempos. A score that measured only one dimension would let a miner game the others. Scoring all four will keep the incentives aligned with actually useful risk intelligence. $TAO SN30.

Most risk intelligence cannot be proven wrong. A firm publishes a report, a committee recommends parameters, markets move... Nobody goes back to check whether the assessment was right. Unfalsifiable analysis is not just unhelpful, but structurally dangerous. When outputs cannot be tested against outcomes, accuracy and inaccuracy become indistinguishable, and reputation fills the gap that evidence should occupy. Endure is built on the opposite premise: falsifiability. Every assessment on the network will be scored against what actually happens: after the market moves, after volatility appears, after liquidity changes, after stress events become visible. Expert opinion that can never be wrong is not permitted on the network. Unfalsifiable assessments, regardless of how sophisticated the methodology, are structurally excluded because there is no path for them to earn through the scoring system. If it cannot be tested, it cannot earn. $TAO SN30.

Endure will produce a signed, auditable parameter feed, and what products do with it is their own risk policy. That distinction is important. Endure will not set collateral ratios, approve liquidation parameters, or decide how much exposure a product should take. It will produce continuously scored, auditably verified risk intelligence that any product can consume and apply to its own rules. A credit venue will analyze the outcome, verify the validator scoring, and map the parameters into its collateral policy. A derivatives platform will do the same for margin. A treasury desk will do the same for exposure limits. Same signal, different policies. Each product will remain responsible for how it acts on the intelligence. Endure will produce the input. The protocol will own the decision. $TAO SN30.

In a competitive intelligence network, copying is the easiest attack. If miners could see each other's submissions before locking in their own, the network would stop producing independent assessments and start producing consensus. If validators could see each other's weight vectors before committing, scoring would collapse into an echo chamber. Both failures have the same root: visibility before commitment breaks independence. Endure prevents both with commit/reveal. Miners commit a hash of their assessment before the reveal window opens. No values, just a cryptographic fingerprint that proves the submission exists. When the window opens, miners publish the plaintext. The network verifies it matches the original hash. By the time anyone can see what others submitted, the window to copy is already closed. Validators do the same with weight vectors. Each validator commits before seeing what others scored. The consensus that emerges after reveal is a genuine aggregation of independent evaluations, not a copying contest. Two layers, same principle: independence is not assumed; it is enforced. $TAO SN30.

Building a money market means nothing if the code isn't secure, so before real capital moves through Forge, it gets reviewed. We're glad to be partnering with @bailsecurity for the Forge audit, beginning this week. Bailsec's review goes beyond smart contract logic to look for any attack vector across the entire system. A major step before mainnet. We'll share updates as the process moves forward.

Endure will not be a risk consultancy or a closed model. It will be shared infrastructure that makes risk intelligence competitive, open, and continuously scored. Today, every product or institution that depends on risk intelligence builds its own closed process from scratch, with no shared layer and no way to compare outcomes. Endure is being built as that shared layer: it will not replace internal risk teams or existing providers; they will compete on it. $TAO SN30.

Endure's incentive mechanism and validator mechanism are coming to testnet in the next couple of weeks. This will be where the subnet loop is stress-tested: miners will submit structured risk recommendations, validators will score them against realized market behavior, and the network will aggregate and publish a continuously scored output. Each cycle will refine the parameters, catch edge cases, and validate the scoring logic before it counts. This will be the first step to making risk intelligence competitive and outcome-scored. $TAO SN30.

On Endure, a miner is an independent risk assessment producer. A miner on Endure will submit structured risk assessments for specific targets, such as an asset, a market, a portfolio, or an exposure. Each submission will cover parameters like safe exposure limits, liquidation thresholds, volatility bounds, or confidence intervals. The submission will be protected by commit/reveal. A miner will publish a hash first, then reveal the plaintext later. Copying will not be a viable strategy: by the time submissions are visible, they are already locked. Validators will then score each submission against what actually happened, not against what sounded credible but against realized outcomes. Accuracy will gain weight and inaccuracy will lose it. There will be no credentialing, no whitelist, no minimum firm size. A miner with better submissions will outrank a firm with a longer track record but average submissions every time. Credentials did not build better risk models. Competition will. $TAO SN30

There is nothing better than your favorite $TAO subnets partnering. Score X Forge (Endure) 🔥
Forge@ForgeLending

We're proud to announce Forge's official partnership with @webuildscore (SN44). Building a native money market for the $TAO ecosystem means starting with the right partners. Score is one of Bittensor's most established subnets, and we're grateful to @MaxScore and the entire Score team for believing in us. Building new financial infrastructure requires trust. We're excited to take this first step together and look forward to helping Score unlock new ways to access liquidity without compromising long-term alignment.
