Energy Workforce President Molly Determan met this morning with the Ministers of Economy and Energy of Neuquén, Argentina. Organized by KE&S LatAm Business and @NelsonMullins, the discussion highlighted Neuquén’s rapid growth as the center of Argentina’s oil and gas development. Home to the Vaca Muerta formation, the province now drives the majority of the country’s production, with output nearing record highs and rising. Infrastructure investments, including the Perito Moreno gas pipeline, are accelerating that trajectory and strengthening export potential. The conversation focused on expanding opportunities for U.S.–Argentina collaboration on: 🔸 Technology 🔸 Investment 🔸 Large-scale development Energy Workforce’s Latin America Chapter is key to advancing these relationships, connecting member companies with high-growth markets and on-the-ground opportunities across the region. Stronger U.S.–Argentina collaboration means more efficient development, expanded supply, and greater energy security.
