if something sounds too good to be true? it probably isn't. I hope this situation wakes people up: there are good companies out there that do have your best interests at heart (I work with a great one that I love dearly) but for every one good company there's 1000 horrendous ones. and for most of them, it's all about 💰 and YOU as the product. these companies offering "free, non-profit, no cost to you" models and preying on you to hopefully bring money, sponsors and investors? them not having any solid groundwork of how a company should run and sustain themselves for the future? at the end of the day, nothing is free. there is always a cost. trust your gut. no good and real opportunity should be at the cost of your health, safety, or well being. you see the signs? stop letting yourself think "oh maybe I'm just overthinking it" and brush it off. our bodies and minds were equipped to sense danger. this goes for ANYTHING. my condolences to anyone that's been affected. genuinely? you didn't need them anyway. do your thing on your own terms 🫶
