Billions flowed into RWAs across chains in 90 days. What happens next? Almost all of it becomes static exposure that just sits there. The capital found its way on-chain. Engine structures it.

@EhDhizy Knowing where yield comes from is step one. Step two is choosing how much of that risk you actually want. The same RWA yield can be sliced into a protected tranche or a first loss one. Same source, different exposure.

𝗥𝗪𝗔 𝗬𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗 vs 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗜 𝗬𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗: 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 Two protocols can both offer an 8% APY, but that doesn't mean the yield comes from the same place. With RWA protocols, the yield is usually backed by real-world income. For example, ~a government pays interest on bonds, or ~ a company makes payments on a loan. That income is brought onchain and distributed to investors. In DeFi, yield often comes from ~ token incentives ~ trading fees ~ rewards created by the protocol itself. These can work well, but they are usually dependent on continued activity and incentives. If those incentives disappear, the yield can fall as well. The APY may look identical on the surface, but the source of that return matters. ~ One is supported by real-world cash flows, while the other may rely more heavily on protocol activity and rewards. Before investing, don't just look at the percentage. Take time to understand where the yield is coming from and what risks are attached to it.
