This is, arguably, the LARGEST TRANSFER of Wealth to Africans in history… To ensure everything goes well, the President created a Committee of COMPETENT ZIMBABWEANS to provide technical support to the govt agencies implementing the new Land Tenure Policy. Dr Tagwirei, who chairs the Land Tenure Implementation Technical Committee, gave a DETAILED EXPLANATION of the Committee’s role, the Objectives, & the Vision behind this. Instead of cooking up conspiracies, watch & listen to what this is all about….
