Advice if you’re in your 20’s: - keep up with fitness, what you don’t do now, you pay for later - take a lot of risk, but be calculated - You don’t know everything, in fact, you likely don’t know shit. Learn constantly. - go on more dates, it’s a skill you likely suck at (most guys do), but being good increases your odds at finding a great partner - care about how you look and how you dress (first impressions matter) what you think is cool now won’t be cool in 10 years. Stick to timeless pieces. - network, network, network - explore new industries or career opportunities every 2-3 years (you will make more money and most companies don’t care about you as much as you think) - drink more water ya dusty - put effort into important friendships (the older you get the less time you have for this) - start accumulating more assets as early as possible (index funds, btc, real estate) - stay out of debt - lifestyle creep can ruin you (live within your means, no one cares about your leased BMW) - call your parents weekly and tell them you love them - strive for greatness in everything (I respect the man that cleans the toilets with pride and detail more than a mediocre and incompetent dentist) - be the man your future son or daughter can be proud of - have fun. Enjoy life and this crazy ride

Uber Eats usage spiraling out of control. Restaurants are empty but 3-4 Uber Eats drivers in my elevator every time 3. When do people work? Pools/gyms are packed at 1 pm 4. Tipping culture is getting egregious. They now include 20% service fee at most restaurants + coffee shops AND have the audacity to ask for 8, 12, 15% ADDITIONAL tip 5. Extremely tacky. Made me hate G Wagons/Cybertrucks 6. Very diverse professions. A lot of non college hustlers work in Real Estate/Sales/Personal Brands/Crypto 7. City is slowly losing its soul. Every other day I see a mom & pop restaurant close for a $30/meal corporate chain to open weeks later 8. Going out is ridiculously expensive. Restaurants not worth the price & $25 drinks get old very fast 9. Huge health culture. People are very fit/generally better looking 10. Little to no sense of community. PvP environment prevalent in Latin America is very present in Miami

5’3 and married

I have been saying that for months, but now the people who want BTC to go up have adopted that narrative, so it marks their ideal bottom and confirms their bias. The more likely scenario is that we have not been in a true bear, just an on chain bear, and October was the top, and we now have a year of downward price action ahead. Probably only to fifty or sixty thousand because of institutions, otherwise we would see the low thirties. I can be wrong, no one knows knows. But even if I am wrong, the more logical position is that no, it is probably not different this time. And for someone who is never selling BTC, you should want price to go down, not up, if you think about it.
