As a Progressive Party faithful, I am delighted for the successful conclusion of our National Convention. I paid a visit to our Chairman and leader, Senator Abdullahi Adamu to congratulate him and wish him success. A new dawn for our Great Party the All Progressives Congress.

On the sideline of the 14th German-African Energy Forum, I held a meeting with the Managing Director of @SiemensAfrica Nadja Haakansson to discuss issues related to the Presidential Power Initiative deal with the German Government and @Siemens_Energy

One of the focal points of President @MBuhari Power sector Agenda involves economic transformation through clean, efficient, renewable and sustainable sources of Energy. So we are very well pleased to be participating here alongside Power Ministers from across the continent.

I am leading the Nigerian delegation alongside our host H.E Ambassador @YusufTuggar to attend the 14th German-African Energy Forum in Hamburg, Germany. This year's forum is focused on Smart, Green & Inclusive Economic Transformation through Energy in Africa.

I also stopped to condole with the wife and family of the late Chief of Army Staff's Aide-De-Camp, Major Lawal Aliyu Hayat, may Allah have mercy on his soul and the souls all those involved the accident. May the Almighty grant their families the fortitude to bear such loss. Amin

I paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Attahiru, accompanied by the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo. I prayed for the repose of his soul, may Almighty Allah grant him Jannah. Amin

I was at the Taraba State Government house yesterday to condole with the State Government and His Excellency Gov. Darius Ishaku on the recent passing of our sister, Sen. Aisha Jummai Alhassan, may Allah grant her soul Jannah. Amin

After which I proceeded to her home to pay my respects to her family. She left behind a legacy which the youths of Taraba and Nigeria should emulate. May Allah grant her soul Jannah and also grant her family and associates the fortitude to bear such irreparable loss. Amin

I paid a visit to Emir of Muri HRH Alhaji Abbas Njidda Tafida at his Palace to condole with him on the death of our sister, Sen. Aisha Jummai Alhassan, the late Mama Taraba was a pillar of our Great State and a unifying figure.
