$LEL proforma equity is $95 mil. This doesn't incl value of graphite tenements. The graphite at 1% of full value is worth $35 million. So, value of $LEL is 95+35/112 shares=$1.16 per share. I think tax deduct is low, they have done work on tenement adjust cost base. #Lithium
