@asx101trader Don't remember original ask. $6.6m now...thats getting close to reasonable I think now. 260 sold for $4m in July on 200 less sqm. I'd say 5.5-6m would be about right.

@PLEBCENTRALISED @asx101trader I said near…. It was about a 12% decline in price and 18% inflation over 3 years. Not a hard concept, with the decline from $61k 3 years ago, and the loss of purchasing power due to inflation, you aren’t exactly winning.

@asx101trader Performance? It’s literally gone nowhere for the last 3 years (in USD). It was $61k then, it’s now $56k. Throw in the near 10% inflation pa, and it’s down near 30% over the last 3 years adjusted for inflation. 😂
