Law of diminishing return happens in sex but people hate to admit it because it is an uncomfortable conversation and a dereliction of the expected behaviour of the religious and faithful - for very good reasons. Also, it is a lot when you're beholden to someone. This is not a defence. It is an explanation. It will not save you from the consequences of your actions.
