@merf_sdp @PriyamvadaGopal Who's to say they aren't fluent in English but they still have an easier time reading their native language? Probably the same for those council letters. This is one of those non issues that just stirs rage up but doesn't actually really have any solutions that improves lives

@Enny_Taylor @PriyamvadaGopal I understand that if it was like a letter from the council about something they were doing but for a polling card I think it’s perfectly reasonable to expect that anyone who would be receiving that should be fluent in English (or Welsh, in Wales)

It is TERRIBLE when democracy is translated into multiple languages and reaches multiple people. It's not meant for everyone, you know.

The more time that passes the more I understand the decision to race-swap Snape. You can't cast anyone who looks remotely like Alan Rickman without their performance being compared to his non-stop. The only solution is to do something completely and entirely different.
