Received a $50k grant from Arbitrum to onboard gamers and creators into the ecosystem. Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far: Smashed our milestone goals (2x-3x): ✔️ 1M+ impressions ✔️ 1,357 referrals ✔️ 47 streamer activations ✔️ 45 deliverables How did we do it? The team moved fast. We built a workflow for weekly content and events, and put a major focus on onboarding Web2 creators and their communities. We utilized our creator network to to outreach to new creators each week and hopped on countless phone calls to educate them on crypto and Web3 games. Fully disclaiming, educating, and onboarding these creators into our community was the right move. This paid off huge as there was no FUD around our content or events. Our focus on hosting amazing tournaments and events also reflected well in the creators’ experience and content and their community could see that leading to high quality conversions. This is just the beginning. We are doubling down on this strategy and coming strong into month 3 of our grant.
