This week, in the Bunyoro and Tooro sub-regions, we engaged Regional Support Centres under the PDM to follow up on the implementation of SPEAR and PAP, two critical elements that empower PDM beneficiaries to shape their own development. SPEAR (State of the Parish Economy and Asset Register) and PAP (Parish Action Planning) bring together key stakeholders to map assets, strengthen opportunity identification and utilization, and boost the recovery of PDM loan repayments. #PDM #EnterpriseGrowth #SPEAR

Export success isn’t just about demand it’s about delivery. At the @EntUganda #ExportAcceleratorProgram, we had the privilege of engaging ambitious exporters and sharing one key truth: One delay, one misstep, or one missing document can cost you credibility in global markets. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner and contribute to building stronger, export-ready businesses. Because in export, consistency isn’t optional it’s your brand. #ExportBusiness

“The ten-fold growth strategy will not be achieved if we continue with the same quality of products currently in the market. Always seek feedback from customers, as you are not building the product for yourself. It's essential to understand their persona, preferences, purchasing power, and more before exporting.” - Derrick Waiswa, @TBNetworkEA #Exports #Customers

“Never assume a market. Successful businesses grow because they are deliberate about the markets they serve. Understanding your target market, its needs, and how to position your product or service is what drives sustainable growth.” Mr. Derrick Waiswa, COO @TBNetworkEA , further digests understanding international customers.
