In his remarks, Hon. @STanna444 advised the leadership of the chamber to change the way they conduct business by being more accountable, transparent, and have a clear legal framework. He stressed that the Chamber is the statutory apex body, yet its failure to uphold standards has allowed many mushrooming associations. He however pledged full support of the ministry, to work with the new board—but only if the Chamber aligns, shows verifiable transparency to members and government, and proves that it can execute its mandate.
