@Entick_ @Lucius_Winslow It's just a total fabrication. Lowe was talking about the legal strategy. His point was that you have to de-naturalize them first. His broader point was that Farage's deportations were too narrow, the exact opposite of what you claim.
It's just a complete lie. Do better.

The odds that a Restore candidate in Makerfield would win are pretty close to 0%.
The odds that a Restore candidate in Makerfield would cost Reform / give Labour a victory are a good deal higher than that.

Makerfield By-Election Forecast: With Burnham: LAB: 45% RFM: 42% Without Burnham: RFM: 53% LAB: 27% Via @Survation. Methodology Below.

@Jj95343 @Lucius_Winslow That is Lowe saying you shouldn’t repatriate anyone, how is that debunkable?
English

@mikecosgrove Not really though they’ll just be that spiteful party that brought the Burnhamwave upon us for the satisfaction of Rupert’s ego.
English

@Entick_ Restore isn’t a party that pegs its brand to maintain media. It’s a grassroots movement.
Restore should be praying for media criticism it’s a great advertising tool.
English

This by-election might decide the future path of conservativism.
If Restore deprives Reform of a seat the market will instantly boost Restore.
100s of candidates will rush to stand and more £ will come in.
If nationalists split the vote mark my words, Farage is fu*ked big time.

🚨 NEW: Rupert Lowe has confirmed Restore Britain will stand a candidate in the Makerfield by-election
English

@EnochBowden @NigelForrester9 Yeah man none of that is completely irrelevant to the current discussion or anything
English

@Entick_ @NigelForrester9 You're right the pragmatic thing to do is to expel your own MP, bring false charges, imply he bullied his staff when you know he didn't, condemn his politics and then copy them.
Real world politics I guess.

Whether ‘Zoomer Historian’ is in the Restore Britain group chats, I cannot say. But the private justification for this decision is *not* that Restore Britain’s leadership actually believe they can win here. It is that they believe Burnham will lose regardless of whether they run or not. Needless to say, this is incredibly risky, given some tentative projections of Burnham’s performance here. And for what gain? Absolutely nothing. Party before country, yet again.
Zoomer@ZoomerHistorian
It begins. A gamble, certainly, but one that can change Britain forever.
English

@JohnMcKee1980 @StevenStoppard @RupertLowe10 They’ll pick the local councillor Kenyon if they’ve any sense at all
English

@Entick_ @Lucius_Winslow Reform and Restore are complete opposites. No issue compares to replacement migration.

@AngloFash01 @RealBlackIrish Okay then large sections, doesn’t change my point
English

@Entick_ @RealBlackIrish “Small subsections”? You’re done. Enough of your disingenuousness and dishonesty.
English

@NigelForrester9 @Haryan_Glaeddyv True tbf, guy got bitched out by people calling him a retard for wanting to shut down the Exeter magic phd a few weeks ago. Downes hasn’t done anything that embarrassing.
English

@Entick_ @Haryan_Glaeddyv Maybe Downes is but not Brackpool who is an actual dunce
English

@AngloFash01 @RealBlackIrish You’ll note I said “nominal”, I understand you likely don’t know what nominal means but if you’ll look it up you’ll understand why I included it.
English

@AngloFash01 @RealBlackIrish It’s not, you’re making complaints against football that only apply to small subsections of it and generalising it to the fans of the sport.
English

@Jj95343 @Lucius_Winslow Reform not having more MPs is a virtue of our electoral system. What do you mean they *still* haven’t finished off the tories, they will at the next election, people just didn’t know reform was going to be viable in 2024.
Reform is politically almost identical to restore.
English

@Entick_ @Lucius_Winslow Sure and Reform had a clear lane in the 2024 elections against a handful of discredited opponents and still they failed almost completely. They *still* haven't finished off the Tories.
Reform is so far left now they can just coexist with a right wing party anyway.
English

@AngloFash01 @RealBlackIrish Why is this relevant to the political opinions of fans? I’m a nominal Chelsea fan but that doesn’t mean I support Russian oil and gas or American private equity firms.
English

@Entick_ @RealBlackIrish I also mentioned it being funded by foreign oligarchs in another comment.
English

@Jj95343 @Lucius_Winslow Because the Tories discredited themselves over 14 years of barely managed decline and lost so much credibility that Reform could rise up.
In principle it might not be different but in reality, as in the realm where politics takes place, it’s massively different.
English

@Lucius_Winslow It couldn't be more clear.
Why is it different for Reform to challenge the Tories than for Restore to challenge Reform?
I asked the AI and it says that's a fair question!
English

@AngloFash01 @RealBlackIrish Your original complaint was about cheering for foreigners, this is a completely different complaint.
English

@AngloFash01 @RealBlackIrish Why is it irrelevant? A fan of Maidstone doesn’t support a team full of foreigners
English

@Entick_ @RealBlackIrish Even if that were true it’s still irrelevant due to the funding etc.
