Would be a dream come true to have Wayne as a lead PBP announcer. He’s a guy who’s from the Chicagoland area, he grew up a Cubs/Chicago sports fan, and would feel all the joy of every Cubs win/all the pain of every Cubs loss as much as we all do. I don’t think the Cubs want that.
