To our friends in Hungary, we hope you will vote for independent thinking and for someone who stands for Hungary First. We hope you will vote for my father’s friend and ally. One leader in Europe has a direct line to the White House, I hope you will support Viktor Orban! #Hungary

English

@maxbergmann Sure, comparing the EU+UK to Russia totally makes sense, Max nothing off there at all. Just ignore the small details like Europe having about seven times the GDP, three times the population & triple the military spending. Im sure none of that matters. You ignorant cunt
English

What's the plan, Europe? NATO has nothing. All the eggs are in the Trump basket. So what do you do when its 2028, 200k Russian troops are moved to the border of Baltic states, and Trump/US isn't going to lift a finger. What do you do?
The White House@WhiteHouse
“NATO WASN’T THERE WHEN WE NEEDED THEM, AND THEY WON’T BE THERE IF WE NEED THEM AGAIN. REMEMBER GREENLAND, THAT BIG, POORLY RUN, PIECE OF ICE!!!” - President Donald J. Trump
English

@GScott48548 @on_lothianbuses Gary, you couldn’t point out the A1 exit, let alone facts. All that chat - driving the bus seems optional extra. Podcast coming next, yeah? 😅😅😅😅
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses Nah Envoken.
The facts are, you said council funded buses. I pointed out it was the other way round.
Funny you look a little silly now, isn’t it Envoken? You must be used to it x
English

@on_lothianbuses Morning! Is this some kind of joke with the X4 and 44 services? Why is the X4 always overcrowded while the 44 runs nearly empty between Wallyford and Musselburgh? People are left standing on a bus doing 70 mph on the A1. What’s the logic behind this?
English

@GScott48548 @on_lothianbuses Gary mate, less TED Talk, more accelerator. The facts are your buses are on their own timezone. Your timetable’s more of a suggestion, isn’t it Gary?
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses I’m not arguing with you. Just pointing out the flaw in your logic.
That being that, the council nets far more from their bus company than it spends on tendered routes.
Sorry you don’t like facts x
English

@IranInThailand Haha, the old lunatic has officially gone off the rails 😀 The US is completely isolated—cut out of EU airspace, no allies, no NATO—and the only thing rising faster than petrol prices is the pain in Donald Trump’s ass.
English

@GScott48548 @on_lothianbuses Too much, Gary. Not wasting time arguing with another paid Lothian Buses lobbyist
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses The 18 and the 400 are exactly the same route.
The 18 is only funded for journeys after 1800 and prior to 0700.
Can you tell us how much the council pays for their tendered routes, of which two are done by HCL, compared to the dividend they receive from LB?
English

@FM_Szijjarto Does Dzsudzsak know you have been cheating him with Sergey?
English

It has long been known that foreign intelligence services, with the active involvement of Hungarian journalists, have been intercepting my phone calls. Today they have made a new “major discovery”: they proved that I say the same publicly as I do on the phone. Nice work!
For four years we have been saying that sanctions are a failure, causing more harm to the EU than to Russia. Hungary will never agree to sanction individuals or companies essential for our energy security, for achieving peace, or those with no reason to be on a sanctions list.
However, the wiretap list is not complete. I have also regularly consulted with foreign ministers from several non-EU countries on sanctions-related matters.
English

@WhiteHouse So by “touched,” do you mean the kind of contact you had with underage girls with your best pal Jeffrey, or hitting them with missiles?
English

@KevDrinksCorona @on_lothianbuses That’s fine Kev, I just don’t get why the Glasgow bus spotters lie about it. There’s nothing wrong with using council tax to support buses if waste is kept low. In the case of the 44, running it 4–5 times an hour from Wallyford when it’s empty is clearly a waste.
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses To be fair bus routes all over the country are funded by councils to avoid communities that don't have a high footfall being cut off completely. Generally the council will pay for the operating cost and then the operator will get to keep the fares generated (often not much).
English

@KevDrinksCorona @on_lothianbuses At this rate you’ll need a roll call for the x4 and x6 😂
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses Still no idea who you are; I’ve been keeping an eye out for a wee guy that looks like a complainer on the x4 and x6 but there’s too many of them to count.
English

@KevDrinksCorona @on_lothianbuses I get you a Corona next time I see ya
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses I start the day bright and cheery and after about 15 minutes of exposure to the general public the head goes down and the horizon darkens.
English

@inquisitor111 @on_lothianbuses You got Lothian Buses’ funding wrong and contradicted yourself on the 400—clearly not commercial but council-funded. Makes me wonder what else you’re getting wrong. Paid by LB? 🤔
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses There's little point in explaining the same thing over and over again when you have no interest in the explanation so have a good day.
English

@inquisitor111 @on_lothianbuses I see. So the commercially ran Lothian Buses is still being propped up with public money—some of that £650k effectively coming from council tax via Edinburgh Council to keep unprofitable routes alive.
Back to sqr 1. They get taxmoney.
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses Hi. The 18 is the same service as the 400 was. It was just renumbered.
Councils will subsidise sevices if they are socially necessary but not viable and not provided commercially as they are legally obliged to under the Transport Act.
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses There’s no mystery about it, ask and you shall be enlightened.
English

@inquisitor111 @on_lothianbuses That’s kind of strange, since Lothian Buses just asked Edinburgh Council for £650k to keep the 18 and 400 services going.. The EC Committee said: "Fare revenue does not cover the full operating costs... Council has provided partial support so they become commercially viable" 😊
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses Hi. Neither Lothian, nor anyone else, pays us!
Lothian don't receive tax money in any case, they operate commercially and pay dividends to the Council. 😊
English

@KevDrinksCorona @on_lothianbuses Nothing like a bit of mystery around the speed limit to keep passengers on their toes (pun intended)
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses I’m literally a bus driver that drives the x4.
English

@inquisitor111 @on_lothianbuses Whatever Lothian Buses are paying you, it’s clearly (tax)money well spent 😀
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses Well that's how businesses work!
English

@inquisitor111 @on_lothianbuses Hi. Bus frequency and passenger safety should be basic responsibilities of Lothian Buses, yet they seem unable to deliver either
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses Hi. Well that would be the same for any vehicle. Passengers are able to stand, if the vehicle is licensed for standing passengers. The rules are set by the Department for Transport, not Lothian or any other operator.
English

@inquisitor111 @on_lothianbuses Fair enough. Money is no.1 priority 👏 👏 👏
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses Hi. We didn't mention anything about safety. We just advised that buses don't travel at 70mph.
English

@KevDrinksCorona @on_lothianbuses Welcome back 🙂 Apparently it’s 52 mph, Kev — or so the Glasgow bus spotters would have you believe
English

@EnvokenK @on_lothianbuses The x4 is a double deck which is limited to 49mph.
