We've found plenty of keitai freeware games, but "Super Merio" has shown up on multiple devices. As the name suggests, it's a Mario clone. It appears to have been released in 2001, making it one of the earliest pieces of keitai freeware that we've preserved.

Yume Nikki PS1 update. I just finished Block World. It's fully functional. You can hang around with Kamakurako, visit the toilet, sleep in the bed... Now, on to the Snow World. I only need to model the NPCs there. Then, a few days of polish and I'll release the demo.
