Everything feels like a scam now. Restaurants adding mandatory service charges that “aren’t the tip,” stores asking you to round up for "charity" at checkout, iPads asking for 25% tips on takeout orders… people are getting exhausted by the constant nickel-and-diming

We just stopped going out In FACT, We serve Steak & Shrimp/ Prime Rib/ Stuffed Chicken, etc- for Holidays and everyone pitches in. Each picks an item and thats what they bring + $7 for meat pitch in We cook it & provide 2 glasses of wine for each person- if wanted. No tipping necessary

No, I don't want that at all, but with so many alcohol and drug-impaired deaths, something needs to be done. A drunk driver killed a very good friend of mine's teenage daughter. This is a tragedy that should never have happened, and her parents and family will never be the same. Maybe if laws were enforced, this would happen less often. There are laws against talking on your phone or texting while driving, yet you see this constantly. There are laws that you are not allowed to speed, yet there's always someone on your ass if you go the speed limit, not a CHP in sight ever. So, what is the answer?
