Prepping Draw Steel! Here is a Frozen Explosion. It is a cube 15' per side within 60'. The power roll in this example is a total of 17 for a Tier 3 result. Which is 4 cold and slowed until the end of the encounter for all creatures in the area.

@clarketography @JuliCieI But as you gain victories you start each fight with more and kore resources so eventually you'll do your medium or ult abilities in round one and may have time to do them multiples times in your last encounter before your respite.

@JuliCieI As for gameplay, MCDM game seems to be doing this but it has its own issues. If you unlock stronger abilities as you fight, first rounds may always feel stale and similar and fights are incentivised to last longer to see the cool abilities be used equalling more slog
