No, the only leverage Iran has in the straight is to damage innocent vessels with the cheap yet small stock of unmanned boats with explosives.

The IRGC still have ground troops and stocks of missiles and drone boats to increase risk and jack up insurance rates and cause shipping vessels and crews to refuse to sail through out of fear they will be hit. This is a classical Iranian terror scheme. The Strait is narrow enough for Iran to be assholes to passing boats unrelated to them and the war. They do not own the Strait but they can send unmanned speedboats loaded with explosives which is really annoying. Or they just shoot their remaining stocks of missiles at them which is also annoying.
