@AldiUK hi, I bought one of your 18 inch kamado barbecues. Took quite a while to build. Then noted that the grill is 15 inches not 18 inches. Is it an error? Is the wrong barbecue in the box?
@NHSuk@NHSEngland@wesstreeting my wife is at A&E and waiting times on website is 6hrs (which is terrible) but at the hospital they are telling people 10hrs+. How has it got so bad. My tax bill is astronomical.

@AvantiWestCoast Very little Comms on trains. Can they start announcing when new passengers get onto the train the status of seat reservations if they are not working.
@Epumbargb Hi Ellis, if the seat reservations are not showing then train managers will announce if seat reservations are still in place. There is the unreserved coach, Coach C, if you need to find a seat or you can speak to the train manager for further information - Beth
@AvantiWestCoast the seat reservations sign quite often says reservations currently unavailable.
makes it a lottery if youyou are sitting in a seat with(out) someone thinking they have reserved the seat. Do reservations remain valid?
@AvantiWestCoast I would like to make a formal complaint about the rude and mocking behaviour of the door guard for 1st class in the 1914 train. It was disgusting especially given the disruption with the train service tonight. Please confirm the additional training to be given.

@AvantiWestCoast hi I was on the delayed 10.03 from Euston to rugby due to long delay very tired. As a result I left my phone on the train when rushing to get off. In carriage C sat by the buffet cart. It is a google pixel 8. Please ask the train crew to hand into lost prop rugby
@AvantiWestCoast no seats on the 756 rugby to Euston. Sort this service out. We are paying you a fortune for a service which is either late, cancelled or too full and have to stand for an hour. This is not ok. What actions are you taking to improve the terrible service.
@AvantiWestCoast I had a seat reservation. But due to no space to put a bike in the luggage rack I had to stand with my bike. Ridiculous. Paying 10k for a season ticket for a service often cancelled or late. Do better Avanti.
@AvantiWestCoast That's not great as we have to guess which seat is free and might get kicked out when it stops at Milton Keynes. There was a choice of empty seats and now run the risk that we will lose our seats for most of the journey. We pay too much for a season ticket for this.
