@Primark@Primark Maciej J at Tottenham Court Road made me wait 30 minutes, had me get an email he requested, then ignored it and said no anyway. Appalling customer service.
@Primark A female staff member at Primark Bond Street attacked a vulnerable shopper in May-June busy season!
I would advise to steer clear of the hostile employee and would never shop at Primark again after what I witnessed!
Hi @Primark 3 very hard working ladies on checkout in mens basement today,Liverpool, massive queue, need more staff on tills to hep them out.
Also bought a pair of jeans,a few weeks ago, wrong size need to swop them have lost the receipt can i still swop them for different size.
Well, that's a new one - was told in @Primark today I wasn't allowed to detach the Batec (the power front wheel of my #wheelchair) and park it to get down tight aisles because it was a fire risk, and I shouldn't really be allowed in at all. Its no more a fire risk than any mobility scooter (actually is better protected than a lot) Nice #disability discrimination there guys.
Shopping is hard enough when you're mobility impaired without over zealous security guards.
@timboxall Thanks for sending that Tim, could we please ask you to contact us on the link below so our customer services team can assist you further with this: primark.com/help/s/contact…
Can't seem to send you a DM so here's the situation - I parked the front up next to the escalators specifically as its a big space & not in the way. Detached my wheelchair because I can't navigate with the power attachment on, the aisles are too narrow.
Went to pay for my shirt, security guy comes up and says I'm not allowed to leave the Batec (the power add on) there because it's a fire risk (it's not, it has multiple fusing and redundancies to cut power) and also that it's in the way in case of fire.
Let me point out that it's not in the way fir evacuation - its specifically out of the way because you don't use escalators or lifts if there's a fire!
It was bloody embarrassing, the guy didn't seem to know what he was talking about. If he thinks it's a fire risk when it's detached, it's exactly the same when attached! And it's not a risk anyway.
Compounding that I was told it shouldn't be allowed in - way to make a disabled person feel welcome. Where am I supposed to leave a 6k piece of mobility equipment?! Can't leave it on the street. Can't leave it downstairs. I felt utterly embarrassed, and also frustrated. Here's a pic of the layout.
@Primark hi, although I have no pics and you have to take my word for it , it’s important I share, my 7 month old baby had something in her mouth yesterday, when I went to get it out it was the care label from your bib that ripped off…
@timboxall@Primark Dear Primark,
Solution is spacing things out properly, not barring disabled shoppers.
No love, Me
Mind you, I’m sort of crazy optimist who thought they might go wild & properly signpost adaptive range in handful stores that stock it 🤨
(Not so optimistic as to expect my size tho)
@Primark still waiting for my click and collect to arrive in Bradford store. Due 24th of June, Got an email on 23rd of June, saying it was delayed. Not heard a thing since
