$AREC announced a binding, multiyear supply agreement with Vulcan Elements, a U.S.-based magnet manufacturer.
Through its subsidiary ReElement Technologies, AREC will provide high-purity rare earth oxides using eco-friendly chromatographic technology.
The pre-market reaction was striking—stock surged roughly 23.6% after the news broke...
Wall Street appears bullish: analysts have set a one-year price target of $4.00, implying ~215% upside from its current ~$1.27 price.
The consensus rating is “Outperform,” signaling positive sentiment around growth prospects.
Despite the rally, GuruFocus’s GF Value estimate remains extremely low at around $0.02, translating to a potential downside of ~98% from current levels. This reflects skepticism over long-term fundamentals and valuation.
Earlier in the week, $AREC dropped ~9%, reflecting possible short-term profit-taking or volatility following recent moves. Quiver Quantitative
Institutional ownership remains modest, and insider trading data shows limited activity, keeping the float relatively stable.
Bottom Line for Investors:
$AREC offers speculative upside as a U.S. rare earth supply-chain play with a new anchor customer.
If the tech delivers and demand for critical minerals grows, investors could see multi-bagger returns.
But it’s not for the faint of heart...expect high volatility, possible dilution, and a long execution runway.

$WULF secured two major high-performance computing (HPC) colocation contracts with Fluidstack to deliver 200+ MW of critical IT load at its Lake Mariner data center.
The initial contracts are worth $3.7 billion, and with extension options, the deal could reach $8.7 billion.
This move marks a strategic pivot from cryptocurrency mining toward stable, AI infrastructure revenue.
Analysts have responded with optimism...average price targets imply a potential 43% upside for WULF.
StockTwits reported pre-market gains of over 21%, fueled by exceptionally high message volume and bullish sentiment across retail channels.
While institutional trading remains mixed, technical analysis suggests a strong upward trend with forecasts projecting up to 47% upside over the next three months, potentially reaching a range of $6.6–8.4.
$GOOGL is providing a $1.8B backstop for Fluidstack’s lease obligations, reducing TeraWulf’s project financing risk.
In exchange, Google receives warrants for ~41 million shares, giving it an ~8% equity stake in TeraWulf.
Projected 85% NOI margins, translating to ~$315M in annual site-level operating income.

$INTC is the only U.S.-based company currently capable of running a leading-edge foundry with full IP control, which is vital for national security and supply chain independence csis.orgAmerican Affairs Journal.
They’re investing heavily...over $8B through the CHIPS Act...and securing partners like Microsoft and the DoD through strategic programs like RAMP-C.
But the runway isn’t clear yet: Intel is facing board-level conflicts on strategy, stakeholder calls for public-private collaboration, and the risk of losing node leadership altogether.
So yes, U.S. needs Intel...but Intel needs to execute.

Northland Capital raised its price target from $14 to $16, acknowledging stronger growth outlook.

Well said...retail absolutely timed $PLTR and $HOOD to perfection before Wall Street caught on.
As for what’s next, the meme magic is back in full force with stocks like Kohl’s, Opendoor, GoPro, and Krispy Kremeemerging as retail favorites again...selling point:
nostalgia, viral hype, and short-squeeze potential. Analysts call the resurgence “DORK stocks” (DNUT, OPEN, RKT, KSS), a playful nod to their meme-worthy charm.
Some forums are already buzzing about “anything with high short interest and a loyal retail base”...even tossing out tickers like BB, EXPR, or Wayfair as possibilities.
Business Insider’s ChatGPT-tested criteria also picked American Eagle as a strong next candidate, thanks to its pop-culture ad campaign featuring Sydney Sweeney and rising social media chatter.
So yes...while Wall Street is late to the show, the retail crowd is already circling the next meme potential with sharp precision.
Play it carefully, though...history shows this party cuts deep when it turns.

Nice mix of picks this week!
$SOFI crushed it with strong Q2 results...EPS, revenue, guidance, membership growth...all green.
$AMRX looks underappreciated with ~44% upside, Goldman neutral coverage, and rising earnings estimates.
$FUBO finally flipped to positive EBITDA and just launched a FAST sports channel via DAZN.
$AMD delivered record revenue and strong forward guidance; gaming GPUs are flying off shelves, though export terms add a geopolitical layer.
No buzz yet on $OSCR or $UNH, but you set yourself up well across fintech, healthcare, streaming, and chipmakers.
As for me,
I added $TSLA ....long-term autonomy theme...along with a nibble in $VTI for some core index exposure.
How about you all?
English

That’s a fair bet...China’s demand for AI chips could very well absorb the 15% cut, especially once volumes ramp.
But let’s not ignore the margin squeeze...analysts are pointing to 5–15 points of gross margin erosion.
Plus, geopolitical and regulatory swings could still tilt the runway.
So yes, volume may offset the cut...if execution holds, but the politics behind it aren’t guaranteed to stay stable.
English

Strong anchor pick.
$VOO is the classic “set it and forget it” play..
• Ultra-low cost at 0.03% vs SPY’s 0.09%
• Now the world’s largest ETF...thanks to massive (and sticky) investor inflows
• Provides broad exposure to mega-cap U.S. names like $NVDA, $MSFT, $AAPL, and $AMZN
Perfect blend of simplicity, scale, and long-term performance.
What’s your second-largest holding?
