This week we want to shout out our volunteer Megan Ash who first joined PGE almost a year ago! She has played a key role in the program design of our Phase 2 cohort model, facilitating communications with our guides and participants, providing them with the support they need.

Inspired by the fair trade movement in Europe, @howyoubean paid their farmers a living wage when they first started their business. We are proud to highlight and count on them as an ally in advancing gender equity across the global coffee sector!
