I will be speaking at the Chapel Hill ISD Board meeting tonight.
Before I arrive, I want to make it clear that school boards should not be allowed to go into executive session to discuss how to manipulate and twist policy for their benefit.
School districts should also not be allowed to conduct their own internal investigations. I think it is pretty clear why.
