שגריר גרמניה לישראל שטפן זייברט הוא דיפלומט וג׳נטלמן. חבר אמיתי של מדינת ישראל. אוהב המדינה. פעילותו היא דוגמא ומופת לשליח ציבור. לא פעם נאם בכיכר החטופים ותמיד עמד לצד המשפחות בימים הכי קשים. מי שטינף עליו הוא עסקן פוליטי קטן שקיבל ג׳וב ומביך אותנו בישראל ובזירה הבינלאומית. תודה אדוני השגריר, thank you, danke! 🇮🇱 🇩🇪 מזכרת ממפגש צפייה משותף במשחק הפתיחה של יורו 2024.

אורי משגב הזדעזעתי לגלות (באיחור קל) שהחשופית הנתעבת גדעון סער העז להכפיש, להשמיץ ולהטיף מוסר לחברי סטפן זייברט, שגריר גרמניה בישראל, אחרי שמתח ביקורת על הפוגרומים בגדה המערבית. לא אצטט כאן את דברי הבלע של סער כי לא מגיעה לו במה נוספת. סטפן הוא אוהב ישראל וישראלים. תומך עקבי בזכותה של ישראל להגן על עצמה. למד עברית במהלך כהונתו. פעל במשך שנתיים בכל דרך אפשרי כדי לגרום להחזרת החטופים. חרש את העוטף ואת קהילות המפונים. אדם ערכי, ישר, ג'נטלמן, אינטלקטואל. כל מה שגדעון סער הוא לא. אני פשוט מתבייש שיש לנו שר חוץ כל כך גס רוח ומזיק. היה לי הכבוד לצעוד עם סטפן במקטע של שביל ישראל, במסגרת המסע שלקח על עצמו להשלים את כל מקטעי השביל, כל פעם עם ישראלי או ישראלית שמעניין אותו להכירם, מכל גווני החברה (הוא תכף מסיים). וגם להתארח במעונו בכמה ערבים שהקדיש לסופרים ישראלים. כאן בתמונה הוא בערב כזה עם אמיר תיבון, שחיבר ספר על ישראל ועזה בעקבות מה שעבר עם משפחתו בנחל עוז ב-7 באוקטובר. נתניהו וסייעניו מחריבים את המדינה. לא משאירים אבן על אבן. אבל יומם קרב. פח האשפה של ההיסטוריה מחכה להם. אנחנו לא נשכח ולא נסלח.

פרופ’ יצחק ויץ נפטר היום בגיל 91. כמעט 60 שנה חקר סרטן, חוקר הסרטן הוותיק ביותר באוניברסיטת ת״א. הוא חקר מדוע תאי סרטן חומקים ממערכת החיסון וכיצד נוצרות גרורות. ויץ הקדים את זמנו במחשבה פורצת דרך באמת: רעיונות שנראים לנו היום מובנים מאליהם הוא העלה עשרות שנים לפני כולם.
