For me, the 1 call I make in 5 years is a terrible experience. It’d take two minutes if I spoke to a real person, “hi yes, the battery in the key fob is dead, and needs replaced”, becomes an epic of annoyance.
I spent longer on the call, than it took for the mechanic to arrive.

Got wrongly accused of something yesterday and received no apology. Threats and demands made, and made to feel like I'm incompetent, on the basis of them not doing their job and reading the notes properly. Decided I'm not having it and will be complaining.
