@Ergotron I currently have an LX dual stacking arm on tall pole. I use it for 7kg monitor and a laptop on the adapter. I want to add an additional monitor. Is adding a third arm ok? If not, what are my options for 2 screens and a laptop. Msg me if you need to reply by email

I bought an expensive @Ergotron HX Heavy Duty Arm for my 57" Samsung beast. It doesn't hold the monitor up, despite the "heavy duty" pivot. Tried customer services. Monitor meets spec, but not supported. No resolution date at all. I appear to be doing all the heavy lifting here.

@shahidkamal Can confirm we're working on a resolution. Basically, the extreme curve means its center of gravity is way in front of the HD pivot, putting more torque on it than it would normally deal with. Rest assured we're committed to supporting it--still no hard date though. Stay tuned!

@Ergotron you've missed opportunity to make threaded holes for cam/mic attachments in the Ergotron Trace Single - the capped part is fine, but threaded inserts would be great to have :)

Damn @Ergotron, you're disappointing me. You won't sell parts for repair of a product that you still sell in your store? That is anti-consumer and encouraging folks to send perfectly repairable products to the landfill. Do better!
