Allow me to be brave: 1) Merch - a major lack of Quality Assurance Possible solutions: allow customisation options. Have your own 1 of 1 cowl on the merch. Have the official dc logo on the merch. Have a qr code that takes you to the nft counterpart of the merch. And for goodness sake, no spelling mistakes please. QUALITY over everything. This is the nft space. Have you seen Nike/Rtfkt? They are willing to pay premium. So are we to rep this project. Testing with feedback from the community is key 2) 50 people selected for a leaderboard system (including non top holders): The only issue here was this should have been announced via email with explanations to how people were picked, BEFORE the invites got sent to the 50. The issue was this caused unnecessary envy and tension. Looks like the intentions were good (to not just favour whales) just a major lack of communication that caused tension, I like the fact that 2 people who sold all their cowls got an invite as they were big advocates on community building at one point, and its not just a positive echo chamber. 3) $20 price on the upcoming grails As much as I want to see more on the @batcowls and legacy cowl, these grail comics are a blessing dropping at this bear market. The price point should have been communicated as to why the decision has been made, THEN dropped the email for the announcements. Please see my below post as to how to salvage this situation. They can look to reduce edition sizes and increase allocation for the cowls, and introduce minting and holding perks.
