The Golden State Valkyries have signed guard Miela Sowah to one of the team’s two Player Development roster spots.

Valkyries guard Kate Martin is “progressing well” after being diagnosed with a Grade 2 right quad strain a week ago.   Martin will continue to be reevaluated on a day-to-day basis, the team said. She’s been able to participate in individual work. Good sign it won’t linger.
