His blend of contact, speed, and OBP skills could easily be a top of the order guy. He's been pretty solid so far in the run production department too. His set of skills, short-term impact potential, and long-term impact potential blow everyone out of the water outside of Condon and Holliday. Ranking him below guys like Thomas, Arguelles, etc would be foolish IMO. There's no guarantee that those guys will even make the Majors, let alone provide more value than what Carrigg is already providing you.

@EricCrossMLB If he finds run production, he's neat. But you can't really expect him to do so. If the Rox are ever good enough to compile run production, Carrigg will be a bottom-of-the-order guy. He already is when they're healthy, and they're terrible.

@BaseballATeam Even in a rebuild, I'd easily take Carrigg. I think you're wildly undervaluing him

@EricCrossMLB I guess it depends on your time horizon. If you're looking at lifetime asset value with a preference for above-role player output, it's hard to look at Carrigg and prefer him to Bell or even Roldy. If you're just looking at 2026, then, sure, the guy in the Majors fits at the top

@KohlerBear17 He's not even remotely close for me. In general, the control issues are a major concern. Plus, a pitching prospect in Coors? No thanks.

"Probably not in their Top 10" in a fantasy-focused prospect ranking is a wild take. Is he great? No. But all of these guys have their warts. Carrigg makes decent contact, plays good defense, and is a plus runner. QoC is below-average, but he maximizes it with his BBE angles. That blend of contact, speed, and defense will make him a regular. I can see wanting Condon or Holliday over him, and maybe even Veen. But for fantasy-focused rankings, there's no way Carrigg should be any lower than 4th here.

@EricCrossMLB You're also overreacting to Carrigg. He's fine, maybe even a regular, but only as a utility profile. He's more of a fiery gamer than someone with durable talent. He's probably not in their Top 10.
